Since Gill dramatic salvation experience on Boxing Day 1979 and subsequent Bible School training under the excellent supervision of Colin Urquhart and the late Bob Gordon, she has, along with her husband Skip, been in leadership in Buxton, Derbyshire and Wolverhampton and now for the past five years in Mallorca.

"Cutting Edge Ministries" was born as a result of much encouragement from those benefiting from a number of conferences she organised and ministered at.

For ten years she regularly lead seminars for Rachel Hickson at "Heartcry" conferences across England and Northern Ireland. She has also worked with "Chloe Ministries", which are based in North Wales, serving them by leading conferences for the past three years.

Now as Skip and Gill lay down the leadership of the church in Mallorca, Gill will be free to pursue her deepest passion, encouraging people to live out the word of God fully and freely, operating in the spirit and reaching their full potential and destiny in Christ to the glory of God.
